1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all holistic health consulting services offered by Pia Pöttinger, operator of the NEWtritious website. By booking a service, you agree to these GTC.

 

2. Services

I offer individualized health counseling tailored to the client's needs. The counseling is available in person, online, or on-site, and is designed for prevention and health promotion, not the treatment of disease.

 

3. Appointment scheduling and cancellation

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations after that time will incur a fee of 50% of the agreed fee.

 

4. Disclaimer

My advice is not a substitute for medical or therapeutic treatment. It is the client's responsibility to consult a doctor if they have any health issues.

 

5. Data protection

All personal data of the customer will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

 

6. Terms of payment

Payment is made by bank transfer or online payment upon receipt of the invoice. All prices include VAT and are in euros.

 

7. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
